Allow me to tell you a bit about myself.

My name is Hannah Louise Sherriff

I consider myself a hardworking, self-motivated and organised individual with a great deal of enthusiasm for everything I do.

Time management is my strong suit and delivering excellent customer service has always been at the heart of my career. I'm also a firm believer in ;


If you're going to do something, do it properly!’.

When I am not working I am busy being a mum, I enjoy spending time with my family and going on long walks with my Labrador.

My Story

My journey started having left school at the age of 16. I had a couple of jobs such as a waitress and I achieved my NVQ in childcare however, not long after I  decided it just wasn't for me. At the age of 18 I was successful in securing a role in one of the largest asset management companies in the UK. Working with well known new home builders, banks and probate companies.
 

During the next 10 years I under took various roles including Valuation Consultant, Sales Negotiator, Senior Sales Manager and Client Relationship Manager. These roles included tasks from the start of a clients house selling/buying process from beginning to end. Together with team management and looking after clients direct needs the years spent were both challenging and rewarding requiring considerable time and task management together with great customer service.

Laptop Work

I then decided to change direction and extend my skills by working within the financial services sector as a Client Relations Adviser. Within this role I looked after introducers which required maintaining a high level of communication to ensure a steady level of referrals. In addition I completed all the mortgage review bookings for 14 advisers, monitored those appointments and reported back the findings. There were annual reviews, management reports, and dealing with website enquiries as well as many other administrative tasks that would crop up.

Over this time I have honed my strengths and skills. This has enabled me to start my journey into the virtual world assisting business owners like you with their administrative tasks and much more.
